As the title says, we drove to a nearby town in Switzerland (Nyon) and went to the beach. It was a pretty nice beach, really. Lots of platforms and a diving platform. I went off that a few times. There were lots of people on it, though. One time there were these 4 French/Swiss guys that counted to three in French but didn't jump off, but then one of them jumped off while the rest stayed on. They started laughing hysterically. I mean, it wasn't even that funny, but for some reason they just seemed to think that was the funniest thing ever. I couldn't help it, I started grinning. They were just laughing so hard I had to. Anyway. So that was fun. I got kind of bored after a little, so I read the second Maximum Ride. I'm re-reading the series again; this is my 3rd time I think. Such a good book. Made me laugh out loud a few times. Ah. Highly recommend them. Anyway. I had some chocolate and an apple. There were lots of people. There was also this guy that brought along an acoustic guitar and he was serenading the ladies. Problem was, he would keep playing what seemed like the same chords over and over. Kinda annoying. But he also played The Wind Cries Mary, a GREAT song by Jimi Hendrix (see my playlist). So yeah. Then we left and walked to an ice cream place. It was pretty good. So yeah. I want to practice my trumpet tomorrow. I really need to. And I need to oil/grease my slides and stuff. But I don't know where I can buy some...eh.
Keep it gnarly! (I'm experimenting with ending statements, ok?)
