So you know how we often procrastinate, almost like its a natural reaction? And then after a while we just get plain fed up and sick of the lack of... getting it done? Well that happened today. I just got tired of having a stupid room so I put on some Beatles (I ended up listening to about 4 different albums straight through) and had some fun organizing books and papers. It's raining yet again. This day has sort of... already decided how it'll be. Ugh the floor is sooo dirty. It's like gross. I will probably grab the vacuum after this post.
So this is really the only time I've had a long-enough break to actually... like really have a break. It's pretty cool. I've become transfixed with this new-found wonder: breaks. They work like magic to put everything into perspective! I've also noticed that like, school, stuff and life is good and possible and all, but you just have to deal with the stress put on you as a side effect. Like, you can always have perspective and stuff and not care and it goes fine, but then its just unpleasant to go through I guess. So, that's why school stinks for me even though it goes ok.
I looked through our Great Britain tour guide book and made a list of stuff I wanted to see. Here is some of it:
Must do/see
Abbey Road (Studios)
Westminster Abbey
Big Ben
British Museum
Museum of the Moving Image (highly recommended by my uncle/aunt)
Buckingham Palace (guards change everyday at 11:30)
Tower of London (has like.. dungeons)
Thames River
University of London (seems cool)
Stock Exchange (there's an area where we can like watch them work the stocks or whatever)
Also really want to do/see
Fleet Street (has newspapers)
Science Museum
Hyde Park
British Library (has like a copy of every English book published in Great Britain)
National Postal Museum
Also, seeing Madame Tussaud's (wax museum, which was also in Maximum Ride: Saving the World and Other Extreme Sports), Royal Albert Hall (I have a CD of Cream concert there) and the Post Office Tower (they said it had a great view) would be cool. And of course, the fish and chips, check out the telephone booths and those buses. Just like a tourist. And I need a calendar. So, yeah. It should be pretty awesome. Our flight is pretty early tomorrow. But yeah. Hopefully I'll get to chat with my friends before I leave. Or I could call. It's more convenient now that its only 5 hours different- France starts Daylight Savings Time earlier.
I learned that I am about 4213.26 miles from A2.

That's so cool. You'd think I woulda been able to go to England in all these years, but no. I kinda do want to go to Europe this year though. I wouldn't miss Chicago or your coming back, and the food is good, and it's fun. I'd miss some school...hmmm....(miss you)
